Put this date on your calendar, May 19th, Saturday Yes, this weekend!
We will meet at Historical Los Rios Street, by the Depot, San Juan Capistrano, Ca.
The importance of PERSPECTIVE IN YOUR PAINTINGS is invaluable to a painter.
Values add visual dimension to a flat piece of paper NO! This is not Los Rios Street :-) |
Sign up and participate in this watercolor workshop, learn perspective with:
Color ~ Line ~ Value ~ Shape ~ Placement
I will help eliminate your trial and error by teaching you to SEE perspective in Keystone (looking up), Aerial (looking down), and Distance (looking to the horizon).
Leave a comment, let me know if you are attending?
Barbara
Wish I could attend, I live too far away. It sounds like a fantastic lesson. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment Linda.
DeleteAfter the workshop, we will go to the Tea House on Los Rios Street for a late lunch.
Keep in touch,
Barbara
Hi Barbara - I agree with Linda! I wish I could attend your outdoor workshop this weekend. Perspective is something I struggle with in my paintings and sketches. I'm looking forward to your follow up post and photos! Have fun
ReplyDeleteHi Frances, Thanks for your comment!
DeleteThis summer my plans are to start Wild Watercolor classes on line. Yes on line! How convenient for all of us. I will use the video cam to show my techniques. Think about joining this class.
Keep in touch,
Barbara
Great news about your on-line classes...do keep me posted Barbara! : ) fcf
